It’s Xbox officially announced the back of the Xbox game displaywhich is set to air on June 11, 2023. This highly anticipated show will feature displays for new and upcoming Xbox and PC games, as well as feature alongside the latest ‘Starfield Direct’.
So, not much is known about the new Xbox Games show, or what it will actually feature. For Redfall is set to launch in May 2023, and The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom will be released several days before, there may be some major surprises along the way.
There are a number of Xbox exclusive titles that have been teased for the foreseeable future appear during the show.
ExplanationA reboot of the franchise from the original team at Sports Games (Forza Horizon), was announced way back in 2020 and it feels because of the new look. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 preates even this game, which was announced in 2019, and rarely seen since. The Coalition’s 6 machines are still missing in action, and sequels to Perfect black we had The Outer Worlds announced, but not found.
Any of these would be worthy inclusions — but we’ll likely learn more as Xbox prepares to reveal its future plans.

The Xbox Games Show 2022 was an exciting affair, and announced several major game announcements. The first major gameplay trailer for Redfall has shown, Hollow Knight: Silksong make an appearance, and fresh teasers for games like Ark 2, Flintlock: Dawn of Dawn, Forza Motorsport, Illusion: Requiem, Penitentiarywe had The last case of Benedict Fox has been released.
With representation from major AAA studios and indie developers, it’s a well-rounded show that boasts some major surprises, alongside showcases for new venues. With a focus on game launches within the next 12 months, it also paves the way for the next year in video games. The upcoming Xbox Games show will likely do the same, by providing a road map for Xbox and Bethesda into the future.
At this stage, airtimes and details for the Xbox Games show have not been confirmed – although we may hear more in the coming months. Stay tuned to see what Xbox has planned.
