Police have asked residents to fill their details of tenants online on the city portal mumbaipolice.gov.in. You can also complete the same process by visiting the local police station under the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police.
This order shall remain in force for a period of 60 days from 8th March 2023 ie till 6th May 2023, unless revoked earlier. The police said in the order that anyone who violates this order will be punished under section 188 of the IPC, 1860.
