A man in the NSW Hilltops area has been accused of using the machine to break through a roller door and driving the loader onto another man before driving through a house.
The incident occurred after an ugly argument allegedly sparked by an argument on Iandra Street in Young.
Emergency services were called to a home at lunch time on Thursday, which reported that a man was injured by a loader.
NSW Police were told that two men, aged 38 and 59, had an argument before the older man got into the loader and drove towards the younger man.
The 59-year-old suspect then drove the loader through a closed roller door and crashed into a series of walls and equipment before passing through the front doors of the house, police allegedly said.
The 39-year-old youth, who was treated by the medical teams who came to the scene, was taken to the State Hospital with injuries.
Police arrested the 59-year-old suspect Friday morning at the Young Police Station, where he was charged with assault that caused actual bodily harm (domestic violence), damage to property or destruction, and using an assault weapon with the intent to file a criminal complaint. crime.
He has been released on conditional bail and will appear in Junior Local Court on October 12.
