Mumbai: Maharashtra School Education Minister Deepak Kesarkar told the gathering on Wednesday that 30,000 vacancies of teachers are being filled through the Teacher Selection and Aptitude Test (TAIT) and the process will be completed by April.
The minister said that it has been decided to conduct the TAIT exam twice a year. Answering a question during the Question Hour, Kesarkar said that IBPS and Tata Consultancy Services have been entrusted with the recruitment.

He said that these institutions also work for the Central Government and are trustworthy. He said the recruitment process is expected to be completed in April and new teachers will be available for teaching in the next academic year. (representation)
